Book Release--Mr Murli Manohar Joshi the then Minister for Human Resource Development, Government of India, releasing a book entitled as "Photopatrakarita" (Photojournalism) authored by Subhash Sapru (extreme right) at a function held at Panchkula in 2003. To extreme left is the then Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Om Prakash Chautala and second from right is the then Director, Haryana Sahitya Academi, Mr Radhey Shyam Sharma. The book was got written and printed by Haryana Sahitya Academi for the benefit of students of Journalism in Hindi speaking States of India.
